Is it legal to live in your car in Florida?

Is this legal, and if not, what are the consequences? I'm in between rental places and I would honestly prefer to stay in my car while I figure out a new living situation.

“Depending on where you are in the state, it could be illegal to stay in your car.
In the Keys, for example, overnight parking is illegal everywhere.
In other parts of the state, it depends. You probably don’t want to stay in a place for more than one night.
For a list of all the rest stops that offer overnight parking in Florida, you can check the Florida Department of Transportation website. Many overnight parkers also swear by Walmart parking lots, where you are unlikely to be bothered.
While you’re on the road or living with your belongings, it’s a good idea to purchase
