We surveyed over 18,000 actual policyholders from all 50 states, asking them about their experience with their insurance company’s customer service, renewal process, claims handling, and more.

Overall, yes.
Our experts analyzed over 500 real customer reviews from AAA—and the results were positive! Of those reviews, we found that more than 73% of respondents had positive feedback about the company, while just 7.76% were negative.
Compared to the national average of only 64% positive reviews and 18.54% negative reviews, it’s clear why AAA earned such a high rank among similar insurance providers.
