How many points before your license is suspended in New Hampshire?

What happens if you get a bunch of speeding tickets and get lots of points on your license in New Hampshire? In my home state, it was really easy to get your license suspended, but I’m not sure if things are the same here.

The differences in state laws can be confusing for sure! If you get 12 points within one calendar year, your license can be suspended for up to three months in
New Hampshire
.
However, the punishment increases if you get additional points. If you get 18 points in two calendar years, your license can be suspended for up to six months. If you get 24 points in three calendar years, it can be suspended for up to one year.
For reference, most speeding tickets in New Hampshire are worth between three and four points, so it takes quite a few speeding tickets to reach this point. The points will typically expire automatically after three years on your record.
Even if the points on your record have expired, however, they may have a lasting effect on your car insurance rates. Fortunately, the
