The Kia Basic Limited Warranty is Kia’s bumper-to-bumper warranty that offers coverage for most parts and accessories for 10 years or up to 100,000 miles. Most items are covered under this warranty except for typical wear and use items such as brake pads, tires, and windshield wiper wipers.
However, several items have a shorter warranty. These include:
Original battery: 3 years or up to 36,000 miles
Audio and entertainment system and paint: 3 years or up to 36,000 miles
Paint repair due to nonimpact reasons: 3 years or up to 36,000 miles
Air conditioner refrigerant charge: 12 months and unlimited mileage
Brake and clutch linings: 12 months and unlimited mileage
