Far from it, probably. In 2016, Ford sold more than 820,000 Ford F-Series trucks, and in 2017, that number spiked to 890,764, setting an all-time record (which was broken again the next year).
For the 2017 model year, the Limited was the highest trim level available for the F-150. While the base-level XL trim has an original starting MSRP of just under $30,000, the Limited was more than double that at over $60,000.
As the most luxurious (and expensive) option for 2017, it would be reasonable to assume fewer were produced when compared to the base model and lower-level trims, but they’re far from being a limited edition vehicle. That’s good news because you shouldn’t have too much difficulty tracking them down in for-sale listings!
