! In order to get a hardship license, you’ll need to complete an age waiver application. If you’re approved, you’ll be able to apply for a graduate license.
You’ll need to meet the following requirements to receive an age waiver:
Maintain a C grade point average or higher.
Be 14 to 16 years old.
Possess a learner’s permit with the correct address.
Have the permission of your parent or legal guardian.
Be able to prove your hardship (i.e. why you need the license).
