Step one: Heat the dent with a heat gun. If you do not have a heat gun, use a blowdryer. You may need to use extension cords to get the blowdryer close enough to the vehicle.
Step two: Make sure the surface of the dent feels warm to the touch before proceeding. Flip a can of compressed air upside down, and shake it before spraying it over the dent.
Step three: If that doesn’t work, use a suction dent puller, such as a Bondo tool, to help pop the dent out.
