Congratulations on your new car! You definitely need to keep your insurance card in the car at all times to prove that you have car insurance.

You should have received an insurance card in the mail after signing up for your policy. Depending on your carrier, you may be able to also download a copy by:

Searching your email inbox. Some insurers will email you a copy of your insurance policy, which you then can download to a computer, save to your phone, or print out.

Logging in to your online account and downloading a digital copy

Calling your insurance carrier and asking for a new insurance card
