model years are not equipped with a manual transmission. However, you can purchase a Cadillac STS with a manual transmission if you’re willing to get one from either the 2004 or 2005 model year. If you’re considering purchasing an older Cadillac STS, however, it’s worth noting that this car has a mediocre reliability rating. Since the 2004 and 2005 models are over 15 years old, the reliability of these vehicles is really important, especially if you want to drive your new Cadillac for a long time.
