While the majority of Ford Maverick models are not rated for flat-towing purposes, the new hybrid version of the Maverick can be safely flat-towed. This is because the hybrid Maverick features a front-wheel drivetrain, compared to the Ecoboost Maverick, which is equipped with all-wheel drive.
