Can the cops pull me over for driving late at night?
Will I get pulled over for driving past midnight? I always feel like I’m breaking the law when I drive really late, but I don’t think it’s actually illegal. What kind of trouble could I get into?

You’re right that it’s not illegal to drive very late. It’s unlikely that the cops will pull you over for driving late at night. The police need a justifiable reason for pulling you over, and simply driving after midnight isn’t enough.
