Help! I want to buy an electric car, but I don’t know which one! There are so many different types and models—which electric car should I buy?

electric car
you like that’s affordable and suits your lifestyle. When deciding which electric car to buy, consider your lifestyle. Do you need a family car or do you want a compact sedan? Also, consider how much you will use your electric car and what you’ll need it for. There are four
different engine types
: Hybrids, Plug-in Hybrids, full EVs, and Hydrogen fuel cell EVs. To help you get started, here’s a list of three great options:
- 2017 Tesla Model 3 Considering a Tesla? The Model 3 remains one of the top-rated EVs on the market. Tesla is like the Apple of the electric car world. It is a leader in its kind and all of its features—including charging stations and the app—work together seamlessly. If you can afford it and it suits your needs, Tesla may make for a quality and convenient switch to the EV world. Tesla has other models and styles available as well.
- 2019 Kia Niro EV There are plenty of other options even if you don’t want a Tesla. This 2019 car is a great option that has great features, and a great driving range of 285 miles (458 km). The Kia Niro also comes in both hybrid and plug-in hybrid models.
- Hyundai Kona Electric This is arguably one of the best yet affordable EV options. The Kona has a great driving range of 258 miles (415 km) with a 201-horsepower electric engine.
