We’re heading down to Florida from Connecticut for a family vacation, and I’d like to create an itinerary with safe/clean rest stops along the way. Where are the best rest stops on I95 South?

Keep in mind that I-95 is almost 2,000 miles long, so the list below is not exhaustive! However, these are where we would stop, listed in order from North to South:

| Fredericksburg Welcome Center | Mile Marker 131;
| Welcome Center (open from 8:30-5:00) with travel info; 24-hour restrooms, picnic area, and vending machines. No gas. |
| North Carolina Welcome Center | Mile Marker 181; Pleasant Hill,
