What’s the difference between Kia and Hyundai?
Which is better: Kia or Hyundai? I am shopping for a new car right now and am trying to decide which dealership I should be visiting.

Hyundai is Kia’s parent company, so these two manufacturers do share a lot in terms of platforms, powertrains, and features. They’re both pretty affordable when compared with other vehicles on the market, too, although Hyundais are slightly more expensive.
Kia also offers more models, including a minivan and more diverse SUV options. If you’re looking for a larger vehicle, Kia might be a better option. Otherwise, it’s a good idea to test drive a few models from each brand to better understand which manufacturer you prefer.
