What trim levels are there for a Kia Optima?
I’m looking into purchasing a 2020 Kia Optima but I'd like to make sure it has all of the features I want. What trim levels are available for the Optima?

Congratulations on beginning your hunt for a new car! Although the Kia Optima is still being produced under the Kia K5 name, the last true Optimas came out in 2020. The 2020 Optima came in four main
trim levels
:- LX
- S
- EX
- SX
The
Optima LX
is the baseline trim and comes standard with a 2.4-liter 4 cylinder engine and many desirable driver-assist features. The S trim brings some quality of life improvements such as push-to-start, but nothing that improves performance.The
Optima EX
is the most major jump in the lineup since it ships with an upgraded engine. There is also the option for the EX Premier Package which adds to the comfort and entertainment of your ride.The
SX
is the most expensive trim in the lineup and comes equipped with an impressive turbocharged engine as well as visual enhancements to both the interior and exterior of the ride.These trims aren’t the only option you have when purchasing a Kia Optima, as there is also a
hybrid version
