can handle most smaller boats without an issue. The towing capacity on a Grand Cherokee is about 6,200 pounds.This should be enough power to pull a pontoon boat, bay boat, or wakeboard boat, among others. If you’ve got a larger boat in mind, however, it’s best to find a different towing vehicle.
If you’d rather, you can also usually pay someone to transport the boat to the water every spring and back to your home every fall. Then, you’ll just have to find a place to dock the boat in the meantime.
