Start by checking the sensor to ensure it’s functioning. You should hear each sensor click when you put your finger up to it.

The best way to fix this annoying problem is to bring your Audi to a skilled mechanic or dealership. Make sure you ask specifically about backup camera problems, as this problem may require special training to remedy—especially if it’s a programming issue.
