Is the Nissan Murano an SUV?
I just bought a Nissan Murano and I was under the impression that it was an SUV. My uncle seems to think otherwise, and likes to tease me about my “grocery-getter”. So what exactly is the Nissan Murano, anyway?

Well, here’s the thing—this difference of opinion goes beyond the boundaries of your family. The Nissan Murano is considered an SUV by Car and Driver, Edmunds, and Nissan itself. Then you have the EPA, which has deemed the Murano a mid-size station wagon in a bit of a head-scratching move—to make matters more annoying, the Murano is sometimes referred to as a “crossover SUV”.
