I’m moving to Oregon from California so I’m researching what my car insurance minimums will be. I noticed the personal injury protection (PIP) insurance requirements are pretty high, though. Is Oregon an at-fault state?

If you’re involved in an accident and you opted for no-fault coverage, you will be responsible for covering your own medical bills, regardless of who is at fault.
