How many Kia Borrego were made?
I remember hearing about the Kia Borrego when it was first introduced in the late 2000s, but I don’t think I’ve seen more than one or two over the last decade or so. How many Kia Borrego were made?

That’s a tough question, as the production numbers for the Kia Borrego aren’t well-documented—so rather than asking how many Kia Borrego were made, it might be better to ask how many were actually sold, at least in the United States.
Between 2008 and 2011, only 22,663 Kia Borrego were sold in the U.S., with 2010 seeing nearly half of all sales. It should be noted, however, that this range does not span multiple model years—just the 2009 model, which was the only model year produced in the U.S.
Due to the model’s low demand and low popularity, Kia decided to discontinue production of the Borrego (at least in the United States). It was an SUV meant to rival popular cars like the
Ford Explorer
. Today, the Telluride
