“Capital One is usually pretty quick about getting the title out once the loan is paid off, but the process can take up to 30 days.
Having said that, you should be able to go ahead and list your car for sale. Unless you have incredible luck and find a buyer immediately, your title should find its way to you before you are able to sell your vehicle.
