I’m scared I’ll damage my new driveway sealer if I drive on it too soon, but it can be really hard to find street parking close to my house. How long do I have to wait before I drive on my driveway again?

I bet your driveway looks great with the new sealer applied! On a typical sunny day, you’ll need to wait for 24 hours before driving on your driveway sealer. If it’s colder outside, it’s recommended that you wait for at least 72 hours before driving on your driveway.
However, you should wait seven to 10 days at minimum before
on your newly-sealed driveway. While your driveway will be able to handle being driven over without much issue, parking your car on the asphalt will apply concentrated pressure from the four tires over a longer period of time. The result could be divots or other irregularities on your driveway’s surface.
