How do you delete Bluetooth devices from a 2016 Chevy Equinox?

I want to remove one of my old phones from my car’s Bluetooth settings, but I’m not sure how to do it. Can you remove Bluetooth devices from a 2016 Chevy Equinox?

This can be a tricky task if you haven’t done it before! Here’s how to delete Bluetooth devices from a 2016
Chevy Equinox
:
  1. Press the CONFIG button on your infotainment system.
  2. Using your MENU/SEL button, select Phone Settings or Bluetooth Settings.
  3. Still using your MENU/SEL button, select Bluetooth, then Device List.
  4. Select the device you would like to delete.
  5. Select Delete, then follow the prompts on the screen to confirm.
When you’re done, the device should disappear from your Bluetooth list. If it doesn’t turn your car off and then on again before repeating these steps. If you’re still unable to successfully delete this device, you may need to seek help at your local Chevy dealership.
