I am borrowing a relative’s car and can’t figure out how to fuel up. There’s no toggle inside, as far as I can tell. How do I open the gas tank on an Infiniti G37 2009?

To open the gas tank on an
Infiniti G37
2009, just press and release on the fuel door—and make sure your Infiniti is unlocked.Unlike in some older vehicles, there is no release lever or button to open the gas tank on an Infiniti G37. You cannot release the fuel door from inside the car.
Start by ensuring that your G37 is unlocked. Then, it’s a simple matter of going around to the side of the car and pressing lightly on the fuel door. It will pop open and you can see the gas cap. Unscrew it and fuel up as usual, then screw the cap back on and press the fuel door firmly until it latches.
Note that Infiniti recommends 91-octane premium fuel for the G37.
