How do you clean a car carpet after a flood?
How can I clean my car carpet after my garage flooded? Our water system backed up last night, flooding our garage. My car carpets are wet and in need of some serious need of cleaning.

Oh no, that’s so frustrating! Luckily, these steps can help with your car’s carpet:
- Mix a solution of one part hydrogen peroxide, one part water in a bucket.
- Pour the mixture on the carpet or upholstered area.
- Use a brush to go over the especially stained section.
- Let it air dry, preferably moving your car into a sunny spot.
