How do I get replacement keys for a 1999 Ford F-150?

Since the car is super old, it's just a regular key (not the fancy electronic ones). What's the process I have to go through to get a replacement?

“You have several options for replacing the keys to your truck.
However, you should expect to pay for the costs out-of-pocket as your vehicle isn’t under
warranty
anymore.
You can either return to the
dealership
where you purchased the vehicle or order a replacement key online by inputting the:
  • Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
  • proof of ownership
  • make
  • model
You can also hire a reliable local locksmith to replace the key. If it doesn’t have an electronic fob, it should only cost between $10 and $20.”
