How do I get my Texas driving record without an audit number?
I need a copy of my driving record to submit to the court, but I don’t have an audit number and I’ve forgotten the answers to my security questions. Is there another way to get a copy of it?

Yes! If you can’t remember the answers to your security questions and don’t have an audit number, it’s still possible to get a copy. You can get a copy of your
driving record by submitting a request for your driving record by mail or completing the Application for Copy of Driver Record (DR-1) on the Texas Department of Public Safety website. You will also be liable for paying the appropriate fee.
If you’re in a pinch for time, you can also try contacting the court to ask if they will grant you additional time to obtain your driving record.
