How do I file a complaint with Toyota corporate?
I needed to take my Toyota in for regular servicing that’s covered under the ToyotaCare new car agreement. To file a complaint with Toyota corporate, you’ll need to call the customer service hotline. Dial 1-800-331-4331, follow the prompts, and you can file the complaint.
Just make sure that you have the proper information to report the incident, including:
- Name of the employee
- Location where the incident occurred
- Date and time
However, you may want to discuss the matter with the dealership first. Many formal complaints get swept under the rug, so talking to the employee’s manager may elicit a more straightforward and prompt response.
