How do I fight my car insurance company?
I don’t think I was paid fairly for a claim I submitted. My mom told me to leave it and be happy my insurance gave me any money at all. I wasn’t the one at fault and the mechanic they hired even told me it should have been more. How do I fight my insurance company?

The best way to do this is to collect evidence that shows your side of things. If the mechanic believes you should’ve been given more, ask if they’re willing to go on record. If so, write it down so you can use it as proof.

insurance claim
. If the claim has already been settled and closed, it may be difficult to pursue an additional settlement. That said, it’s always worth a try. A strong case may be able to change your insurance company’s mind.
