How do I cancel my MSI renters insurance?
I have tried several times to cancel my policy but I must be doing something wrong. It’s been nearly impossible to get a real person on the phone about this. How do I cancel my MSI renters insurance once and for all?

That sounds so stressful! Unfortunately, it appears that many people have run into trouble while trying to cancel an insurance policy with MSI.
Start by reaching out via phone, email, or the MSI website.
To make your request by phone, call 844-788-0873 between 8 AM and 5 PM CST Monday to Friday. If you prefer email, send a message to
customerservice@msimga.com
with a cancellation request, your full name, and your policy number.You can also cancel your MSI renters insurance policy online by doing the following:
- Log into your customer portal on the MSI website.
- Send an email or use the eForm to request cancellation.
- Confirm the cancelation by checking your bank statements the following month.
Be kind but vigilant when canceling a
