How can I find out if my car was towed?

Would it be possible to get an extended warranty for a used Mercedes? I want to get as much coverage as possible in case I run into any issues.

I've never bothered to get a license because I drive so infrequently and only on rural roads. I was stopped once for speeding and had to pay a fine in addition to the ticket. It seems unlikely that I would get stopped again, but what would happen if I did?

Should my friend expect to see an increase in her car insurance rates because of this incident? I borrowed my friend's car to run some errands and ended up getting pulled over for speeding.
