How can I clear the maintenance required light on a Toyota Tundra?
I recently took my Toyota Tundra in for an oil change and a general check-up per the maintenance light on my instrument cluster. After changing the oil, the mechanic said my car is in perfect condition, but the maintenance light won’t go away. Is there any way I can clear the maintenance required light?

When your maintenance light turns on in your vehicle, it typically will not automatically reset even after you receive service. It will have to be manually reset by you or your mechanic.
Luckily, this is an easy task and you can reset the maintenance required light on your
Toyota Tundra
by following these simple steps:- Put your Tundra in accessory mode by turning your key once to the ON position.
- Press the trip odometer knob until you see Trip A.
- Turn your vehicle off then press and hold the trip odometer knob.
- While holding down the knob, turn your Tundra back on to accessory mode.
- Continue holding down the knob until Trip A is displayed again.
- Turn the car off and on again and the maintenance light will be reset.
