Does Toyota have a tire warranty?

Bumpy roads are definitely a tire’s nemesis! Fortunately, Toyota has a tire warranty.
Toyota
offers a Tire & Wheel Protection plan, so you can travel any road with peace of mind. This plan is available for new, certified used, and used Toyotas. The protection plan has two tiers with the following coverage:
- Gold: Tire and wheel only, available for up to six years
- Platinum: Gold benefits, plus paintless dent repair and windshield repair
Keep in mind that this plan is only available at the time of financing, so don’t forget to ask about it before you sign the purchasing documents.
If you’re on the fence about getting the protection plan, here are some common instances when the plan can help you out:
- Replacement of a tire due to a road hazard
- Replacement of a wheel if it won’t hold a seal with your new tire
- Towing to the nearest Toyota dealer with up to $100 of towing expenses reimbursed
- Coverage of associated costs including labor, wheel weights, valve stems, disposal fees, and taxes
The cherry on top is that you can make unlimited claims, even on replaced tires, as long as they meet the tire manufacturer’s size specifications. There are also no deductibles.
