Does the BMW X1 have cruise control?
I never thought I’d be able to afford a BMW, but the new X1 is supposed to be relatively cheap! I always get nervous that luxury brands will upcharge for all of the common features on these cheaper options, though. Does the BMW X1 come with cruise control, or does it cost extra?

Starting at $39,595 for the 2023 model year, the BMW X1 is one of the luxury car brand’s cheaper models on the block—especially for a luxury SUV.
The BMW X1 does have cruise control, as well as a suite of other basic driver assistance features. However, some more advanced driver assists will cost you extra.
One of the more appealing optional driver assistance features on the BMW X1 is adaptive cruise control, which monitors the flow of traffic and adjusts your car’s cruise control speed accordingly. It also helps maintain your preferred distance from cars in front of you. This optional upgrade costs an extra $1,000.
Though you’ll have to pay extra for it, an advanced safety feature like this can sometimes earn you some savings on car insurance—depending on your provider. Even if it doesn’t, you can find better-priced
