Does the Acura MDX come with captain's chairs?
I’ve been desperately searching for an SUV that comes with captain’s chairs, but my search is coming up empty. One of my friends told me that he took an Uber in an Acura MDX, and he swears it had captain’s chairs. I just want to make sure that that’s the truth. Does the MDX actually come with captain’s seats?

While most Acura MDX models come with bench seating in the second- and third-row, the Acura MDX Advance trim offers optional captain’s chairs in the second row. It’s the only MDX trim to offer such a configuration, but you should note that you’ll lose one seat if you choose this option.
However, the Acura MDX is one of the roomiest midsize SUVs on the market. Along with captain’s chairs, you’ll still get up to 95 cubic feet of cargo space with all the seats folded. Or, if you have a packed house, your rear passengers will enjoy some of the most headroom and legroom in the segment.
