Subaru does make a 3rd row SUV! The Subaru Ascent has space for 7 to 8 passengers and plenty of cargo space for your growing family.
The Ascent Touring model comes standard with two captain’s chairs in the middle row. This allows for 7 passengers to ride, and it provides easier access to the third row. The captain’s chairs are an available upgrade option with the Premium and Limited models.
For other models, the second and third-row seats are benches allowing for 8 passengers—so if you need to maximize your passenger space, this might be the way to go.
