Does Allstate offer rideshare insurance?
I have insurance through Allstate on my car. I want to start driving for Uber. Does Allstate have rideshare insurance? I don't really want to have to switch insurance companies.

Their coverage is called Ride for Hire and you are able to add it to most policies.
However, there are limitations based on where you live. For example, coverage is not available in New York. You will need to reach out to Allstate directly for availability and cost.
If you’re unable to add it to your policy, you should look into other carriers. While you may not want to switch, it’s important to have the proper coverage on your vehicle when driving for a rideshare app.
