Can my insurance carrier listen to my cell phone calls?
Why is my insurance wanting to see my call log? I was in a car accident a few weeks ago and now my insurance provider is asking for a copy of my phone log. I wasn't on the phone while I was driving, and even if I was, I always use my bluetooth.

payment that you are waiting for. If privacy is your main concern, don’t worry. The insurance carrier can not actually listen to your phone calls. They are interested in the date and time stamp of the call itself.”
