Am I covered driving someone else’s car?

I was out with my friend the other night, and she got pretty drunk, so I had to drive her car home for her. I hadn’t been drinking, so I was totally sober. But I couldn’t help but wonder if I would have been covered by insurance if I got into an accident driving her car.
