Will I get reimbursed for a tow by the dealership?
"Will the car dealership reimburse me for the tow considering that the lug nut removal tool was never there? I just bought a Nissan Rogue Sport that has locking lugnuts.
Long story short, I got a flat tire and I couldn't get the tire off because I couldn't find the tool. I called roadside assistance and they have the same problem, so they send me a tow truck. The dealership closed, so I couldn't tow it there. I eventually end up towing it to my house at a cost of $110."

“As long as you keep your cool, aren’t overly accusatory, and point to your
extended manufacturer’s warranty
, it shouldn’t be a problem to get reimbursed.The warranty that you get with the car explicitly states that it covers towing and roadside assistance, so you shouldn’t have any issues.
Keep in mind that you should probably keep an extra lug nut lock removal tool in your car because most
towing and labor coverage
