Will future electric cars run up to 1000 miles?

, manufacturers have been trying to develop new ways to extend this new technology to go as far as it can. This includes extending the driving range. Depending on the size of both the battery and the vehicle, the range will be different. Currently, the smallest range is the Smart ForTwo EQ with a range of 84 miles (135 km) while one of the largest ranges is the Tesla Model S with 373 miles (600 km).
Researchers are looking at designing a self-charging electric car so drivers can drive much longer ranges without having to plug their car in as often. Though this is great in theory,

don’t reproduce enough energy to sustain themselves. With the development of new technology, the battery capacity will definitely expand. Will electric cars of the future be able to run up to 1,000 miles, maybe yes, but there is no specific prediction of when yet.
The truth is unless you are using your car for long drives often, most drivers don’t exceed or even reach the full range in a day of car use.
