I’m starting my Ph.D. in Kentucky this year. As I’ll be a T.A. and basically living in abject poverty, I’m hoping to keep my budget tight across the board. But I was reading that car insurance is super expensive in Kentucky. Why is car insurance so expensive in Kentucky?
