Why do I keep failing my driving test?

I don’t know what I’m doing wrong on my driving test. I keep failing and I can’t figure out why. Is there something that I’m doing that’s making me fail my driving test every time?

There are a lot of different reasons why you might be failing your driving test, so the best way to find out exactly what you’re doing wrong is to ask your examiner. There are some common mistakes that could be costing you a license, however. These include:
  1. Not fastening your seatbelt
  2. Making a rolling stop, or failing to bring the car to a complete stop at stop signs
  3. Driving too slowly
    or speeding
  4. Mechanical problems with your vehicle
  5. Braking too hard
  6. Parallel parking incorrectly (ie hitting the curb or the cones)
  7. Forgetting to check your mirrors
  8. Tailgating the car in front of you.
To make sure that you’re not making any of these errors, ask an adult in your life to give you a mock driving test to help you prepare.
