I'm fairly certain that the dealer pays for all of the maintenance when you lease a car. Is this true? Which party is required to pay for the service on a leased car?

“Depending on the contract, some lease contracts require the dealer to pay for all maintenance while others have a split amount between the lessor and lessee.
In other cases, you may also have to pay for certain items (air filter or tires, for example) as spelled out in the contract.
