Where was the first Tesla made?
I've been a huge fan of Tesla ever since the explosion of the stock in 2020. At that time, I didn’t really have enough money to buy a Tesla, but I do now. Anyways, I want to know more about the company that made me a small fortune. Where did Tesla make its first car?

Although Tesla is now a household name, it came from small beginnings. The first Tesla was made in
San Carlos, California
, in 2008—five years after the company was founded.The very first Tesla prototype to roll off the line was a two-seat Tesla Roadster. While it has the distinction of being the first Tesla car, it was also:
- The first highway legal serial production all-electric car to use lithium-ion battery cells
- The first production all-electric car to travel more than 200 miles on a single charge
