Where is the Hyundai Genesis built?
I’m in the market for a luxury vehicle, and one of my friends keeps telling me how great the Hyundai Genesis is. While the description has definitely piqued my interest, I like to buy American when I can. Where does Hyundai build the Genesis?

The Genesis series of cars are built at Hyundai’s main facility in Ulsan, South Korea. However, you should take note that it’s not technically the Hyundai Genesis. Genesis is the luxury division of Hyundai, much like Acura is to Honda or Lexus is to Toyota.
Founded in 2015, Genesis is one of the world’s newest brands, and although it’s lesser known than luxury automakers, it shouldn’t be regarded with any less praise. Current producing three sedans (G70, G80, and G90) and one SUV (GV80), the company has been met with praise from drivers and critics for speed, features, style, and an affordable price tag.
