It always takes a little time to get to know a new car, but soon enough you’ll understand all the ins and outs. The cruise control on a 2019 Nissan Altima is located on the right-hand side of your steering wheel.
The controls to operate it are pretty simple. Just follow these steps:
- Turn the cruise control on by hitting the ON/OFF button.
- Use the switch to set your desired speed by pushing it down toward the COAST/SET indicator.
- Increase your speed by pushing the switch up toward the ACCELERATE indicator.
- Stop the cruise control function by either pressing the brake or pushing the CANCEL button that’s above your cruise control switch.
Nissan’s cruise control setup is a little different than what’s found on other makes, but it’s pretty simple once you get used to it.
