Where is the Bugatti Veyron made?

I just got an inheritance and I’m thinking about buying a used supercar with some of the money. When I was younger, I loved the Bugatti Veyron, but I’m not sure where it’s made or if it’s still on the market. Where did Bugatti make the Veyron? Is it still around?

Although this specific model hasn’t been produced since 2015, the Bugatti Veyron was made in Molsheim, Alsace, France at the Bugatti grounds that the founder originally purchased in 1909.
When Ettore Bugatti started the company, he bucked the trend of larger cars, opting for lightweight, maneuverable vehicles—a tradition that exists to this day.
The Bugatti Veyron had the longest run of any Bugatti vehicle, with 450 models produced from 2005 to 2015. Four different types were manufactured during this time, including the:
  • Veyron Standard
  • Grand Sport
  • Super Sport
  • Grand Sport Vitesse
Each of these cars featured an 8.0-liter quad-turbocharged W-16 engine that produced somewhere between 987 and 1,184 horsepower, effectively making it the most powerful car in the world at the time.
Even used Bugatti Veyrons still easily run up into the high six figures, but that doesn’t mean you can’t dream of buying one. Slash your
