Where is the battery located in a 2007 Volvo XC90?
I recently bought a used 2007 Volvo XC90 from a friend of mine for cheap. He said it was going to need a new battery soon. So I bought one, but now I can’t seem to find the old one in order to replace it. Where is the battery in an ‘07 XC90?

The battery in a 2007 Volvo XC90 is located in the trunk, underneath the floor panel. To access it, open the back hatch and pull up on the floor panel’s handle. You’ll see the battery directly underneath.
Once you’ve found the battery, removing it and installing a replacement should be fairly simple—just make sure to use caution whenever handling electrical equipment. Before you do anything, make sure the car is off and the battery is disconnected.
