I’m pretty sure the battery in my Chrysler 300 just died, but when I popped the hood to take a look I couldn’t find it anywhere. Where is the battery located in a 2007 Chrysler 300?

In a 2007 Chrysler 300, the battery location is inside the trunk, in the spare tire well. To get to it, all you need to do is pop your Chrysler’s trunk, then lift up on the cargo cover to reveal both the spare tire and your battery.
While it may seem like an out-of-place location to keep a car battery, many manufacturers actually put batteries inside the trunk to help free up space underneath the hood and distribute vehicle weight more evenly.
